The problem

Sometimes you cannot make an observation. You click on Add Observation type (e.g. animal sighting) but nothing happens.

The cause of the problem

The main reason for this, is that you need a GPS-location first.

The solution

make sure your Location settings of your phone are correct (Settings / Location / Use location = ON)
check whether you have a GPS-fix in Cluey: Menu / Settings & Account / Current location.
If the latter is empty, you do not have a valid GPS location yet. Walk outside and wait till you do.

Alternatively, you can press the map to pinpoint the location of your observation. In that case, everything works like normal.
