We’re pleased to introduce Premium Feature Access within Central. This functionality improves account security and ensures that Premium features are correctly linked to authorised users and subscriptions.


What’s New

  • Premium users can now unlock and manage Premium features directly through their Central account.
  • Access to Premium features is now linked to a unique secure code assigned to authorised users.
  • Advanced functionality, such as the ODK Survey integration and additional workflows, is now available as part of the Premium offering.


Action Required

  • To access Premium features, users must enter their Secure Code in: Central → Account and settings → Premium access
  • Without a valid secure code, Premium features included in the subscription will not be available.
