What to do when a user has been removed from a group, but still has data in the queue? 


If the user is still around:

  1. The group administrator has to re-invite the user to the group
  2. The member has to log in on his/her old phone,
  3. empty the queue
  4. and log off.
  5. Then the admin can remove that member again from the group

All data that was recorded by that member is save and secure in the platform.,



If the user cannot be engaged anymore:

  1. Deinstall Cluey
  2. Re-install Cluey

As a consequence, the data that was in the queue is lost.
