General Information
In Focus 360, information is displayed as either a Note or an Alert. When a new Alert is received, a sound is played to attract the attention of Focus 360 users (typically a Command or Operations Room officer).
When Immediate Action Is Needed
- Notes do not require immediate action, whereas Alerts do. This means that once an Alert is received, an instant response or assistance is required.
- Alerts in Focus are displayed for 1 hour in the red Alert button in the top-left corner of the screen. If there are no recent Alerts, the Alert button is not shown.
Switching the Sound On or Off
The sound can be switched off via the settings of your Chrome browser. By default, the sound is on.
