General information
In Focus, information is shown as Note or Alert. When a new Alert comes in, a sound is being played to attract the attention of the Focus users (typically a Command or Operations' Room Officer).
When immediate action is needed
Where Notes do not require immediate action, Alerts do. Meaning that once an Alert comes in, instant response or help is called for.
Alerts in Focus are shown for 1 hour in the red Alert button in left upper corner of the screen. If there are no recent alerts, the Alert-button is not shown.
Switch sound on/off
Using the settings of your Chrome browser, the sound can be switched off. By default the sound is On.
