There are three type of groups in Cluey:
- Open groups
- Restricted groups
- Closed groups
An open group is accessible to all Cluey users, as soon as you invite them to your group. E.g. temporary volunteers.
A closed group is only accessible to Cluey users who share the same access code on their mobile as yours. E.g. rangers from your organisation.
A restricted group is accessible to Cluey users which have a specific access code on their mobile, but not for Cluey users with the open access code. With restricted groups you can provide access to e.g. partners or rangers from neighbouring nature reserves.
Of course users only have access to your group, after you have invited them as Member.
