There are three types of groups in Cluey:

  1. Open groups

  2. Restricted groups

  3. Closed groups


1. Open groups

Open groups are accessible to all Cluey users once you invite them to your group. For example, temporary volunteers.


2. Restricted groups

Restricted groups are accessible to Cluey users with a specific access code, but not to users with the open access code. Restricted groups are useful for giving access to partners or rangers from neighbouring nature reserves.


3. Closed groups

Closed groups are only accessible to Cluey users who have the same access code on their mobile as yours. For example, rangers from your organisation.


Note: Users only have access to your group after you have invited them as members.
