To zoom in on your own position, tap on the 
gps icon.
Position of group members and observations
To view the position of your group members and observations, tap on the zoom-out icon. By tapping on the pins, you see the username of the group member, or in case of an observation, see the recorded information.
❗️Note: the locations of your fellow group members can also be a 'last seen' location, if their tracker is out of cell coverage or switched off.
