Group members can choose to share their location with others by tapping the tracking icon in map view. Some of the available tracking options are listed below.
⚠️ Important
- When tracking is ON, your location traces are stored. If your phone has mobile coverage, these locations are shared immediately. If not, they will be shared as soon as you enter an area with coverage or connect to a Wi-Fi hotspot. Tracking data can be used to plot and optimise patrols.
- When the tracking option is OFF, your locations are neither shared nor stored on the Sensing Clues Conservation technology Platform.
